My Mission
My mission is to help people uncover and overcome the strongholds that keep them stuck in vicious cycles of defeat and overwhelm so that they can experience the abundant life God created them to have. Whether your struggle is anxiety, depression, trauma and/or toxic relationships, I will empower and inspire you to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, no matter how "impossible" their lives seem right now. God has created each and every one of us with certain gifts (1 Peter 4:10) that we are to "fan into flame" (2 Timothy 1:6) that help us live the life God intended us to live out. However, as we all know, many people often struggle with strongholds that prevent them from living God's best for their lives.
As a licensed therapist, I have worked with hundreds of people, supporting them in their healing journeys. As a coach, I am here to support and guide you on your journey toward personal spiritual growth and transformation. You don't have to do this alone. *Please note that therapy clients have to be physically located in NY, NJ or PA due to licensing laws. These are the states that I am licensed in. For coaching clients, you can be anywhere in the USA.
